Onlain Community Guidelines

1) Purpose and Scope

Onlain aims to connect people through quizzes, chat rooms, and multiplayer interactions. These rules apply to all user behavior and user-generated content (text, images, videos, audio, profile items, links) within the app.

2) Core Principles

• Safety: The physical and digital safety of users is a priority.
• Respect: No discrimination or harassment.
• Fair Play: Cheating and exploitation are prohibited.
• Responsibility: Users are accountable for what they share and how they interact.

3) Prohibited Content and Behavior

3.1 Violence, Dangerous Acts, and Illegal Activities

• Graphic depictions of violence, torture, or severe injury.
• Animal abuse.
• Promotion or glorification of violent acts.
• Trade or promotion of regulated or prohibited products: weapons, explosives, stolen goods, forged documents, etc.
• Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, money laundering, illegal data sharing.

3.2 Extremism and Terrorism

• Support, propaganda, recruitment, or fundraising for extremist groups or ideologies.

3.3 Fraud and Deception

• Phishing, hacking tools, account circumvention.
• Fake promotions, misleading links, or unauthorized sales.

3.4 Gambling

• Promotion or facilitation of online or offline gambling.

3.5 Other Illegal or Regulated Activities

• Content promoting or trading controlled substances.

4) Protection of Minors

• Zero tolerance: Any form of sexual exploitation or depiction of minors (real or fictional) is strictly prohibited.
• Grooming, solicitation of personal information/media from minors, or inappropriate conversations are forbidden.

5) Hostile Content

5.1 Hate Speech and Discrimination

• Content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, illness, immigration status, etc., is prohibited.

5.2 Harassment and Cyberbullying

• Systematic insults, personal attacks, unwanted sexual messages, or coordinated harassment campaigns are not allowed.

5.3 Threats and Privacy Violations

• Threats of violence or sexual assault, doxxing (sharing private information), and blackmail are forbidden.

6) Sensitive Content

6.1 Adult Nudity and Sexual Content

• Pornography, explicit sexual material, non-consensual sharing, and sexual service solicitation are prohibited.

6.2 Suicide and Self-Harm

• Content promoting, glorifying, or instructing self-harm or suicide is banned. Imminent threats may be reported to authorities.

6.3 Sensitive Social Topics

• Content that incites hostility, polarization, or deliberate provocation is not permitted.

7) Integrity and Fair Play

• Spam and Misinformation: Repetitive spam, false information, or manipulative content is forbidden.
• Cheating and Exploitation: Using bugs, external tools, or multiple accounts for unfair advantage is not allowed.
• Abuse of Refunds: Fraudulent refund requests or chargeback abuse are prohibited.

8) Platform Integrity

• Attempts to bypass moderation systems.
• Impersonation of official accounts or misleading redirections.
• Abuse or harassment of support staff.

9) Intellectual Property

• Original Content: Only upload or share content you own or have rights to.
• Respect for Others’ Rights: Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or likeness rights.
• License: By posting, you grant Onlain a non-exclusive, limited, global license to display and distribute your content within the app. You retain ownership.
• Onlain Brand Use: The Onlain name, logo, and assets cannot be used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

10) Off-Platform Conduct

• Off-platform behavior that seriously threatens community safety may result in enforcement action.

11) Reporting, Blocking, and Filtering Tools

• Report: Use the “Report” feature to flag inappropriate content or users.
• Block/Mute: You may block or mute users who disturb you.
• Filters: We apply filters to limit visibility of inappropriate material.

12) Enforcement and Consequences

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations:

• Content removal.
• Temporary feature restrictions (posting, messaging, payments, etc.).
• Temporary or permanent account suspension.
• Device/session bans.
• Removal or freezing of fraudulently earned rewards.
• Warnings, age restrictions, or visibility reduction.

13) Appeals Process

• You may appeal moderation decisions via the in-app appeal channel.
• Appeals are reviewed within a reasonable time; abuse of this process may result in further penalties.

14) Privacy and Data Security

Onlain implements necessary technical and organizational safeguards for privacy and safety. In emergencies or by law, Onlain may cooperate with authorities.

15) Updates

These rules may be periodically updated to reflect evolving risks or regulations. Significant updates will be announced.
